Parents, feel free to take pictures of your child doing the activities or their completed work and email to their teacher!

Remember:  Please do what you can, but be flexible if it doesn't work.  If you notice that your child is struggling, try together, don't get frustrated and end with a smile.

Can you figure out my number?

1. It's odd

2. It's a double digit number

3. It is a teen number

4. It is GREATER than 15

5. It is not 19!

Math Games​

Math game day is a classroom favorite - Maybe it will become one of yours at home learning favorites too!  Try out these doubles and doubles+1 connect 4 games with a 6 sided dice!

Measurement 

Look around the room and house. Search for different objects like a paper clip, eraser, scissors, marker, crayon How tall is your robot using those items?

Thursday

+2   -2

Write down 10 or more numbers (easy 1-10, medium 11-20, hard random)

Write the numbers down,  Put them in a cup

Pull out a number and write it in the middle of a page

Write the number that is 2  more (+2) on the right and the number that is 2 less (-2) on the left.

Measurement

How many Robots tall is a door?

Place your robot near a door frame. Make a good guess—how many robots tall is your door? Ask an adult to help you measure, was your guess close? Did you make a good estimate? Is there something else you can use your robot to measure?
